Japanese have been rated as the best tourists in the opinion of hoteliers across Europe.
They are followed by Americans and the Swiss. Japanese have been lauded for their polite behavior and tidiness. They scored 35% more votes than Americans. The Swiss have been appreciated for there considerate nature.
The worst tourists are from France followed by India, China and Russia. British have been rated as the fifth worst tourists. They are considered to be rude, miserly and noisy. British have also been rated as second worst dressed tourists and Germans are the most frugal according to the 15000 European hoteliers.
